Full Paper Submission Guidelines

• Papers must be original and should not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
• The manuscript should be relevant to the conference theme or one of the identified thematic tracks.
• Full papers should preferably contain 3,000–5,000 words, including references.
• Manuscripts should be submitted in MS Word or PDF format.
• The paper should include title, author name(s), affiliation, email address, abstract, keywords, main text and references.
• Authors should disclose the use of Artificial Intelligence tools in manuscript preparation wherever applicable.
• Authors are responsible for originality, accuracy, citations and ethical integrity of their submissions.
• Conflict-of-interest declaration is required wherever applicable.
• Maximum manuscript upload size: 10 MB.

Peer Review & Acceptance

All full papers received before the submission deadline will undergo an academic review process. Submissions will be evaluated based on relevance, originality, academic quality, methodology, clarity, contribution and overall presentation.

Authors of accepted papers will be required to incorporate reviewer suggestions and submit the final revised manuscript by the specified deadline.

Acceptance of a paper does not automatically guarantee publication, indexing or inclusion in any specific publication outlet.
